Data Processing and Structure Solution

The most recent HKL3000 package, available at the beamlines, will allow you to index and orient your crystal, predict the best data collection strategy, integrate and scale the reflections, solve the structure, and trace the final electron density map. 

HKL Research

Common crystallographic software packages are also available at the SBC, including: CCP4, CNS, PHENIX, SHELX (HKL2MAP), SOLVE/RESOLVE, and XtalView.
